By accessing or using Wheedle Technologies, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Google API Services & Limited Use Disclosure
Wheedle Technologies uses Google APIs and Google OAuth only to provide functionality requested and authorized by our users.
Our access, use, storage, processing, and transfer of information obtained from Google APIs is handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that the user has requested or authorized.
We do not sell Google user data, transfer it to data brokers, use it to build unrelated advertising profiles, or use Google authentication data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
When a user explicitly asks Wheedle to create, manage, publish, analyze, or optimize advertising campaigns through an authorized Google advertising account, Google-related advertising data is processed only as necessary to provide those requested campaign-management features.

1. About Wheedle Technologies
Wheedle Technologies is an AI-powered digital marketing and campaign management platform designed to help businesses create, manage, publish, monitor, analyze, and optimize digital advertising campaigns.
Depending on the services enabled by a user, Wheedle may allow users to connect advertising and business accounts from platforms such as:
- Meta / Facebook
- X and other supported advertising platforms
Wheedle may also analyze website or business information submitted by users to help generate marketing content, campaign suggestions, advertising creatives, targeting recommendations, and campaign strategies.
Users may connect supported third-party accounts so that Wheedle can perform advertising actions directly on those platforms only after receiving the user's authorization.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
We may collect information that you provide when creating an account, communicating with us, creating campaigns, or using Wheedle services.
This information may include:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Company or business name
- Business website URL
- Business category and industry information

3. Google Login and Google User Data

Access to Google advertising information occurs only after the user completes Google's authorization process and grants the permissions required for the selected feature.
Depending on the permissions authorized by the user and the features being used, Wheedle may access or process information such as:
- Google Ads customer or advertising account identifiers

- Ad group information
- Advertising creatives and assets
- Campaign status
- Campaign objectives
- Budget and bidding settings
- Targeting configuration
- Keywords or related campaign settings

4.1 How Google Advertising Data Is Used
Google advertising information may be used to provide user-requested functionality such as:
- Displaying connected advertising accounts
- Creating advertising campaigns
- Creating or updating advertising creatives
- Managing campaign settings
- Publishing campaigns authorized by the user
- Pausing, updating, or managing campaigns
- Displaying campaign analytics
- Generating campaign reports
- Providing campaign performance insights
- Providing AI-assisted optimization recommendations
Wheedle does not independently publish, modify, or manage a user's Google advertising campaigns without an action, configuration, permission, or authorization provided by the user through the platform.
4.2 Google OAuth Tokens
Where necessary to maintain an authorized Google connection, Wheedle may securely process authentication or authorization tokens provided through Google's OAuth system.
Such credentials are used only to communicate with authorized Google services and to perform functionality requested by the connected user.
Users may disconnect their Google integration or revoke Wheedle's Google access through applicable Wheedle account controls or through their Google Account settings.
5. Facebook / Meta Login Data
Wheedle Technologies may allow users to sign in or connect their accounts using Facebook Login or Meta authentication services.
When a user chooses Facebook Login, Wheedle receives only the information authorized by the user and permitted through the applicable Meta permissions.
This may include:
- Name
- Public profile information
- Facebook or Meta user identifier
- Email address, where the user has granted email permission and it is available
- Profile picture, where available
5.1 How Facebook Login Data Is Used
Facebook Login information may be used to:
- Create or identify a Wheedle account
- Authenticate the user
- Provide secure login functionality
- Associate authorized Meta integrations with the correct Wheedle account
- Maintain account security
- Prevent unauthorized access or abuse
Wheedle Technologies does not require access to a user's private Facebook messages, personal Facebook friends list, or unrelated personal Facebook content for normal login functionality.
6. Meta APIs and Advertising Data
Users may voluntarily connect Meta business or advertising accounts to Wheedle Technologies to manage advertising campaigns on supported Meta platforms, which may include Facebook and Instagram.
Wheedle may interact with authorized Meta services, including applicable Meta APIs, such as authentication, Graph, business, page, or advertising APIs, depending on the functionality enabled by the user.
Depending on the permissions granted by the user, Wheedle may access or process information such as:
- Meta or Facebook user identifier
- Authorized business account identifiers
- Authorized advertising account identifiers
- Facebook Page information where authorized
- Instagram business account information where authorized
- Campaign information
- Ad set information
- Advertising creative information
- Campaign objectives
- Budget information

- Insights and reporting information
- Other business or advertising information explicitly authorized by the user
6.1 How Meta Advertising Data Is Used
Information obtained through authorized Meta APIs may be used only for Wheedle functionality such as:
- Connecting the user's Meta advertising account
- Displaying advertising accounts and supported business assets
- Creating campaigns
- Creating or managing ad sets
- Creating advertising creatives
- Publishing advertisements authorized by the user
- Updating campaign settings
- Pausing or managing advertising campaigns
- Retrieving campaign analytics
- Generating reports
- Providing user-facing advertising recommendations
Wheedle does not use Facebook or Meta login data to create unrelated marketing profiles or to advertise unrelated products to users.
6.2 Meta Access Tokens
Wheedle may process access tokens provided through Meta's authorization process where those tokens are necessary to maintain a user-authorized connection with Meta services.
Such tokens are used only for authorized API operations and should not be publicly exposed.
Users can revoke applicable permissions through their Meta account settings or disconnect the applicable integration from Wheedle where such functionality is available.

Wheedle Technologies may use information collected through the platform for the following purposes:
- Creating and managing user accounts

- Providing the Wheedle digital marketing platform

8. AI-Powered Features and Data Processing
Wheedle Technologies provides AI-assisted digital marketing features.
Depending on the features selected by users, information such as a business website URL, business description, product or service information, campaign objectives, advertising content, creative assets, and campaign performance information may be processed to provide user-facing AI functionality.
Such functionality may include:
- Campaign recommendations
- Advertising copy suggestions
- Creative suggestions
- Audience or targeting recommendations
- Campaign optimization suggestions
- Performance analysis
- Marketing insights
Where authorized campaign information from Google or Meta is analyzed by an AI-assisted Wheedle feature, it is processed only to provide the applicable user-facing feature requested by the user and subject to applicable platform requirements.
Google authentication information, Google OAuth credentials, Facebook Login credentials, and Meta authentication credentials are not used to train generalized artificial intelligence models.
We do not sell Google or Meta user data for AI training.
9. Processing Through Google, Meta, and Other Third-Party APIs
Certain Wheedle functionality depends on third-party services selected or authorized by users.
For example, when a user asks Wheedle to create or update a campaign on Google or Meta, Wheedle may send the information necessary to complete that request to the relevant authorized platform API.
Google may process authorization requests, API calls, account identifiers, campaign actions, and other information according to Google's own terms and privacy practices.
Meta / Facebook
Meta may process login requests, authorization requests, business-account requests, advertising API operations, and related information according to Meta's own terms and privacy practices.
Wheedle only communicates with third-party services where necessary to provide the functionality selected by the user, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, or operate the platform.
11. Data Security
Wheedle Technologies applies reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, accidental loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Depending on the nature of the information and system, these measures may include:
- HTTPS/TLS for information transmitted over supported web connections
- Authentication and authorization controls
- Restricted access to sensitive systems
- Role-based access where appropriate
- Secure handling of API credentials and secrets
- Security monitoring and logging
- Access-token protection

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Users are also responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and for promptly informing us of suspected unauthorized access.

- Providing the Wheedle platform and requested services
- Maintaining active user accounts
- Maintaining authorized platform integrations

OAuth access credentials or third-party authorization tokens are retained only for as long as required to maintain the user-authorized integration or otherwise as permitted by the applicable platform.
When a user disconnects an integration, revokes authorization, closes an account, or submits a valid deletion request, associated information will be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise handled within a reasonable period, except where continued retention is required or permitted by applicable law, security requirements, dispute resolution needs, or legitimate recordkeeping obligations.
Information contained in backups may remain temporarily until the applicable backup is securely overwritten or expires through our normal backup lifecycle.
13. User Data Deletion
Users have the right to request deletion of eligible information associated with their Wheedle account.
This includes users who have connected Wheedle using Google, Facebook / Meta, or other supported services.

A user may also revoke Wheedle's access directly from the applicable Google or Meta account settings.
Revoking third-party authorization prevents future authorized API access through that authorization but may not automatically delete information previously provided to Wheedle. Users who want previously stored eligible information removed should also follow our data-deletion instructions.
14. User Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable laws and applicable exceptions, users may have the right to:
- Request access to personal information we maintain about them
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of eligible personal information
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Disconnect Google, Meta, or other third-party integrations
- Revoke previously granted third-party authorization
- Object to certain processing where applicable
- Request restriction of certain processing where applicable
- Request data portability where provided by applicable law
We may need to verify the identity of the person making a privacy request before processing the request.
Certain information may need to be retained where required by applicable law or where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, or legitimate recordkeeping purposes.
16. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Wheedle integrates with independent third-party services such as Google and Meta.
These services maintain their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and data-processing practices.
When users interact directly with those third-party services, their information may also be processed independently by the applicable third-party provider according to its policies.
Wheedle Technologies is not responsible for independent processing performed by a third-party service outside our control.
17. Children's Privacy
Wheedle Technologies is a business-oriented digital marketing platform and is not designed or intended for children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where doing so would violate applicable law.
